  • Reduce VOCs: Water-based paints release significantly fewer Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), which are carbon-based emissions that are harmful to both your health and the environment.
  • Avoid Toxic Lead: Paints containing lead are extremely toxic and require a range of safety precautions just for removal. By choosing modern, lead-free paints, you eliminate this risk entirely.

Instead, always dispose of paint waste through designated hazardous waste programs to ensure it is handled safely and responsibly. Cataphoresis, for example, is an electro-chemical process that creates an incredibly durable coating with almost no VOC emissions.
