Penington Painting Company LLC provided wall covering and painting services for the Mayo West Expansion, including interior and exterior finishes on partitions, ceilings, soffits, CMU walls, and steel. The scope also included installing wall coverings (WC-1, WC-2, WC-5, WG-1), applying traffic coatings in select areas, and performing finish caulking at transitions and fixtures. The team maintained a zero-defect standard through regular quality checks, collaborated closely with DPR Construction, and followed all safety and ICRA protocols.
