PPC provided comprehensive field touch-up services for the structural steel scope, including pressure washing and 10% touch-up of all shop-primed steel to ensure a consistent, durable finish. We also received, painted, and delivered 4,800 sag rods from our shop to the site. All work was executed with full supervision, safety compliance, and coordination with other trades to maintain project flow and quality standards.
To manage the complexity of three distinct zones, our team implemented Assignar software to streamline communication, scheduling, and resource allocation. Each zone was broken out in estimating, enabling automated material orders and crew notifications. Assignar allowed real-time updates, efficient deployment of specialty crews, and seamless integration of change orders. This collaborative, tech-driven approach ensured all three projects were delivered on time with minimal disruption.
