Helmets to Hardhats

Team PPC is deeply committed to supporting our nation's veterans as they transition from military service to civilian life. A cornerstone of this commitment is our proud partnership with Helmets to Hardhats, a distinguished non-profit organization dedicated to creating career opportunities for military personnel in the construction industry.

Helmets to Hardhats serves members of the National Guard, Reserve, and transitioning active service members, providing a clear and accessible pathway to new careers. All programs are federally approved and meticulously designed to prepare veterans for their new roles by ensuring they have all the appropriate training and certifications.

A key benefit of the program is that military service members are not expected to have any prior construction experience. Instead, they are equipped with all the necessary skills through a comprehensive 3-5 year apprenticeship. This hands-on training ensures they not only learn the trade but also become highly skilled professionals ready to contribute to the workforce.
